We extend to you our 100% satisfaction guarantee: you may return the unopened item that is in resalable condition within 10 days from the date of shipment for a replacement, exchange or refund. This guarantee excludes one-of-a-kind and clearance or closeout items. The refund amount will be limited to the amount you paid for the item at the time of sale. Returned items must be unopened and in resalable condition. For products damaged in shipping, make application to the carrier for a value refund. Unless the recipient refuses the shipment, at the time of attempted delivery we are not responsible for return shipment costs.
