Exchange & Return Policy
All Mountain Harvest® products are 100% guaranteed according to our Satisfaction Assurance & Guaranty Policy. Products properly returned to Mountain Harvest® Gift Baskets according to these policies are eligible for a replacement, exchange or refund. Any refund may include a house credit or a credit for the total purchase price of the item according to the original payment method, upon receipt by us of the returned item.
Please follow the following guidelines when returning an item:
- At the time of delivery, thoroughly inspect the package for any signs of damage
- If the package has clear external damage as a result of the shipping process you or the recipient may refuse delivery
- Have the driver wait and observe as you open the package to determine if product damage has occurred
- Request a copy of the delivery receipt with the freight company’s name and the trailer number so we may track the return back to our facility. You must note the damages on the original receipt.
It is your responsibility to check that all items are correct and all pieces accounted for before you sign the delivery receipt. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
For the return of any item originally purchased with a gift certificate or if you received the product as a gift you will receive a house credit as your refund. Please contact us via email at CustomerService@MountainHarvestGiftBaskets.com for further instructions on how to process the return. If we made an error by shipping an incorrect item, email us within 10 days from the date of shipment and we will send you the correct product, replaced at no cost to you.
